The hotel is situated on a quiet back street close to Gion, offering a spacious room with a separate tatami mat area overlooking a charming stone garden. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the dining experience, although lacking in variety, was a nice touch. A great value for the price paid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and perfect for my family of 5. The separate bathroom and toilet were convenient, and the tatami mat room overlooking a small stone garden was a lovely touch. Being on the top 5th floor provided a great view. The location was excellent, and the lady at the reception was truly fantastic.

The hotel impressed me with its gorgeous rooms, super comfortable bedding, and a unique tatami mat room overlooking a peaceful stone garden. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet back street next to the vibrant Gion district with easy access to great dining spots. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as the offerings were not up to par given the room price.
